    then,

    6 rds
    500m row
    8x clean, squat then press(1st 2 rds@ 80lbs, last 4 rds at 90 lbs)
    10x clapping push ups

    all of the rowing was sub 2:00 for the 500m.
    I started with 80lbs knowing that it would be a little rough. Wyatt quit before the lifting on the 3rd round, so to rub it in, I kept going and used the 90lbs he thought would be easy. It did destroy me, but it felt good to use the 90lbs and finish. I didn't think about it at the time, but typically this style mtn athlete wod is with 65 lbs... it wasn't listed so we went with what is usually rx'd for 6 reps... bad idea for 8 reps.
