complete 45 deadlifts @ 275# for time
15 situps at the beginning of every minute.
as rx'd: 6:54 (90 situps)

bodyweight test:
50 pullups for time: 2:13
rest 1 minute

100 pushups for time: 3:35
rest 1 minute

150 air squats for time: 3:49
