  2. i hadn't worked out in two weeks from a very painful hockey game, but here is what i did...

    5 rds

    30 step ups to 18" box wtd at 70lbs
    20 clapping push ups
    10 pull ups
    20 thrusters @ 80 lbs
    2 min bike sprint

    didn't time it, but i hadn't been in that much pain after a workout in about a month.
