i hadn't worked out in two weeks from a very painful hockey game, but here is what i did...5 rds30 step ups to 18" box wtd at 70lbs20 clapping push ups10 pull ups20 thrusters @ 80 lbs2 min bike sprintdidn't time it, but i hadn't been in that much pain after a workout in about a month.
100 back squats 155#. 5 burpees every minute 11:56
