For time:
4 rounds:
25 pullups, pushups, situps, air squats, double unders

Choose ONE Of the Following Sports:
Swim, Bike, Run, C2
20min Time Trial:
Cover as much Distance as Possible.

    20 minute: 5509 meters
    5k time: 18:07
