  1. worked 14hours... got to the hotel changed went to dinner... ate fish and chips and finished someone's side order of french fries...got back to the hotel and had 7 beers between dinner and before our workout...

    well,

    5 people drinking decided to have a workout contest... here is what happened.

    10 rds tabata sit ups...

    then death by 10...
    resulted in me with 19 rds
    and the strongest of my co workers died at rd 8
