  1. 48 mile ride...slow pace (3:12:31 av 15ish) just trying to rebuild a cycling base... it seems to have disapeared. apparently riding 35ish minutes 8-10 times a week isn't enough to allow me to ride 33 miles 3x's in 2 days :(
