sunday wod time...

every minute, perform the following sequence of exercises for 30 minutes:

5 pullups
5 air squat/tuck jump
10 situps

    total: 150 pullups, 150 squat jumps, 300 situps

    averaged 35 seconds per round, rested 25 seconds.
