    10 tuck jumps
    5 knee jumps @ 35 lbs

    3 rds
    10 slasher to halo @ 35 lbs
    10 half moons each side @ 35 lbs
    10 wtd sit ups @ 35 lbs
    30 sec side bridge/ 5 clapping push ups/ 30 sec side bridge/ 5 clapping push ups/ 30 sec front bridge

    4 rds
    8 bicep curls
    8 push press
    8 deadlift

    all with 2 @ 35 lb dbells
    then...

    3x light pole climb... there was a light pole near by so i tried to climb it... once i figured out i could... i did it 3 more times.
