  5 thrusters / 5 pullups
2:00-4:00
  10 / 10
4:00-6:00
  15 / 15
6:00-8:00
  20 / 20
8:00-10:00
  25 / 25
10:00-12:00
  30 / 30
etc. until you can't complete the reps for that round.
