At the top of each minute perform:
Minute 1: 1 Hang Clean (135 lb./95 lb.), 1 Push-up
Minute 2: 2 Hang Cleans (135 lb./95 lb.), 2 Push-ups
Minute 3: 3 Hang Cleans (135 lb./95 lb.), 3 Push-ups
Minute 4: 4 Hang Cleans (135 lb./95 lb.), 4 Push-ups
